Cancer Survivors Take a Lap at Clawson Relay for Life

For Relay for Life-rs in Clawson, cancer survivors are superheroes.

Survivors took a lap around the track on Saturday afternoon in Clawson City Park, celebrating their victory as the event's other participants lined the track to cheer them on.

The event's other participants aren't doing too bad, either—as of Saturday, over $24,000 had been raised to benefit the American Cancer Society. The event continues all night on Saturday through Sunday at 10 a.m.
