Liquor License Regulations Update on the Clawson City Council Agenda
A second reading and adoption of an ordinance amendment is scheduled to be discussed on Tuesday.

- Consideration of the request by Creative Land Development for a Lot Combination of 322 Bauman Avenue that involves Lots 46, 47 and the east half of Lot 48 of Artesia Park subdivision, Parcel I.D. #’s 25-03-153-056 and 25-03-153-028.7.
- Consideration of the 2nd reading and adoption of an Ordinance to amend Chapter 34, Division 23. City Center District, to include a new sliding scale rule for wall sign size for Downtown Businesses, clarify regulations for window signage, allow for projecting signs outside total permitted signage, regulate neon signs and update liquor license regulations.
