Clinton Township Man Charged In Wife's Death

CLINTON TOWNSHIP, MI — A 26-year-old Clinton Township man has been charged with second degree murder in connection to the shooting death of his wife.

Kyle Wonsowicz, of Clinton Township, faces a life felony in addition to a felony firearm charge that carries a two-year sentence for the death of Nicole Larocca, a 26-year-old woman, Macomb County Prosecutor Eric Smith's office said.

Larocca was shot around 10 p.m. Sept. 28 and died of her injuries the next day at the hospital.

Wonsowicz is scheduled to be arraigned at the 41 B District Court Tuesday.
