Sanders and Morley Candy Makers Shop Expands

Increased seating and greater views of candy-making are highlights of renovations.

CLINTON TOWNSHIP, MI β€” Sanders and Morley Candy Makers store fans are in for a treat. The long-time Clinton Township candy store and ice cream shop is putting the final touches on renovations that will provide patrons with additional seating and enhanced factory tours.

Located on Hall Road between Groesbeck Highway and Gratiot Avenue, renovations are expected to be completed by mid-September, according to a Macomb Daily report.

β€œSanders has always provided metro Detroiters with unique experiences and products you can’t find anywhere else,” said Brian Jefferson, chairman and CEO of Sanders and Morley Candy Makers. β€œWe’re so excited about the new store because it’s going to be unlike any other candy shop Michigan has seen before.”
β€œWe’ll have seating for 75 outside and 50 inside,” Jefferson said. β€œThe ice cream shop is a social environment so we wanted to make sure there was enough seating so people could hang out.”
