A 24-year-old Windsor man was chargedΒ WednesdayΒ in Marine City's district courtΒ for smuggling marijuana into the United States by scuba diving across the St. Clair River, according to police.Β

Daniel Ferguson, whoseΒ cousin is married to Kwame Kilpatrick's sister,Β faces additional charges in St. Clair Shores for driving a stolen truck.Β FergusonΒ was originally arrested in JulyΒ by police after he was found sleeping in the driver's seat of his truck at a green light at Harper and 11 Mile.

Two Men Arrested for Indecent ExposureΒ During Woodward Dream Cruise


On Saturday,Β a Ferndale man on a bikeΒ yelled racial slurs, pulled down his shorts and held his penis in his hand after he was hit from behind by another bicyclist, according to Ferndale police. The man faces charges of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.

On Sunday,Β anΒ Oakland Township manΒ was arrested after witnesses reported that he was masturbating in his carΒ near the intersection of Woodward Avenue and Lewiston.
