Student-Run Restaurant to Restart Lunch Service in Clinton Township Oct. 30

The Creuse Café at the Frederick V. Pankow Center will serve lunch from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, starting Oct. 30.

With the school year now well underway, the student-run restaurant at the Frederick V. Pankow Center is just about ready for business.

Staffed by area high school students enrolled in the center's culinary arts program, the Creuse Café will open Oct. 30 and serve lunch from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Located inside the Pankow Center at 24600 F. V. Pankow Blvd, just off Gratiot in Clinton Township, the café offers a quick-casual dining atmosphere where guests can enjoy a variety of homemade soups, salads, sandwiches, entrees and desserts.

“We are extremely proud to feature our Chef’s Table where students prepare and present your food right in front of you,” said Chef Scott Satterly, the program's instructor, in a prepared statement.
