1 Arrested In Dearborn Road Rage Incident: Police
Police said an 83-year-old Dearborn resident was attacked during a road rage altercation and suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

DEARBORN, MI — One person has been arrested in connection with a Dearborn road rage incident last week, according to police.
The incident happened at 4 p.m. Friday in the area of Michigan Avenue near Nowlin Street, according to police.
Police said an 83-year-old Dearborn resident was attacked during a road rage altercation and suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

Several concerned citizens came to the aid of the victim and gave critical information to responding officers on the scene, according to police.
Witnesses said the suspect was driving a dark green, older-model GMC or Chevrolet pickup truck that was last seen moving east on Michigan Avenue.

Investigators used surveillance systems from local businesses to find the suspect, who was arrested on Saturday, according to police.
No other details were provided.
"This incident is a reminder that violence on our roadways will not be tolerated," Police Chief Issa Shahin said. "We are grateful to the good Samaritans and local businesses who quickly stepped up to support our investigation and bring the suspect into custody. We wish the victim a full and speedy recovery."
