Dearborn Church Hosts Vacation Bible School, Summer Camp
Cherry Hill Presbyterian Church is hosting Westminster on the Road, which includes Bible lessons, crafts, nature, music and drama.

DEARBORN, MI — Cherry Hill Presbyterian Church is hosting Westminster on the Road (WOTR), a weeklong combination of Vacation Bible School and summer camp, from Monday, June 24 through Friday, June 28, 2019.
Enrollment is open for children who have completed first through sixth grades. WOTR camp hours are from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and include activity sessions, Bible lessons, arts and crafts, nature, adventure, music and drama. Lunch and two healthy snacks are provided daily. Before the conclusion of the day there will be a “camp fire check in” with favorite camp songs and skits before closing the day with a Bible verse and theme.
The camp is a joint effort between Camp Westminster on Higgins Lake and members of Cherry Hill Presbyterian Church, located at 24110 Cherry Hill Road in Dearborn.

Cost for the weeklong camp is $75 for each child, and financial assistance is available if needed. Registration forms are available online at www.cherryhillchurch.org, or in the church office, which is open 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
“We believe this will be a wonderful outreach to our own children and to children in the community,” said Rev. Mark Phillips, pastor of Cherry Hill Presbyterian Church.
