Dearborn Public Service Days Extended To Dec. 16
Reminder: Residents, keep vehicles off streets on public service days. Otherwise, a ticket will be waiting on your windshield.

DEARBORN, MI — Attention, Dearborn residents! The city has extended its Public Service Days, which will now wrap up Dec. 16 instead of late November.
The extension gives city workers an opportunity to collect loose leaves from the street and complete other maintenance work longer into the season.
Quick reminder: During Public Service Days, which coincide with a neighborhood's trash collection day, your vehicle can't be on the street from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. If it is on the street, expect to find a ticket slapped on your windshield - and the fines go up with multiple violations. Tickets also will be issued to vehicles parked across sidewalks, on the easement or lawns. Enforcement of the parking rules will be suspended on Thanksgiving Day.
