Mustangs, Big Band Music Coming to Dearborn
Here's a look at five events taking place in Dearborn this weekend.

The weekend is drawing closer. As you debate how to spend time as a family, check out these events going on around Dearborn.
1. Big Band Concert
Dearborn’s free outdoor concert series continues on Friday in the Bryant Library’s Muirhead Plaza, 22100 Michigan Ave. The concert takes place from 6:30 to 9 p.m., and will feature Big Band Memories, sounds of the Big Band era.
2. Divine Rides Car Show
The second annual Divine Rides Car Show will take place on Aug. 10 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Bring the family out to enjoy fun activities and beautiful cars. Tickets are $10 per car. For more information, visit http://divinechildhighschool.org.
3. World Tournament of Base Ball
Step back in time to 1867 as vintage baseball clubs from around the country compete by the game’s early rules in the greatest two-day exposition of historic baseball ever seen at The Henry Ford, Aug. 10-11. Tickets are available online.
4. Mustang Memories 25th Anniversary Show
Mustang Owners of Southeast Michigan presents "Mustang Memories 25th Anniversary Show," Aug. 11 at Ford World Headquarters in Dearborn. The event takes place from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Registration is open from 8 to 11 a.m. The registration fee is $25. 5. Wise Kids Boot Camp Dearborn
The best way to handle money wisely is to make a plan. The challenge is to make sure income and expenses even out or balance. The Wise Kids Boot Camp will give you some tips on how to start saving money. It takes place on Aug. 12 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at DFCU Financial, 400 Town Center Drive.
