Wayne County Man, 70, Killed In Crash: Police
A 70-year-old Wayne County man was killed in a Saturday crash in mid-Michigan, according to police.
UNION TOWNSHIP, MI — A 70-year-old Woodhaven man was killed in a Saturday crash in mid-Michigan, according to police.
The crash happened at 10:40 a.m. Saturday on Pickard Road in Union Township, which is just outside Mount Pleasant, according to police.
Police said the Woodhaven man turned west onto Pickard Street from a Holiday Inn and Suites parking lot and struck an eastbound vehicle. The Woodhaven man was killed in the crash, according to police.

The driver of the other vehicle - a 50-year-old Rosebush man - was seriously injured and was still in the hospital, according to police.
Police were still investigating the crash.
