What's Open And What's Not: Dearborn Holiday Closures

A run through of the Dearborn holiday calendar.

DEARBORN, MI — Here's a quick look at what's open and what's not in Dearborn this holiday season, according to a press release.

WHAT'S CLOSED:

-City of Dearborn buildings will be closed for the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, but the trash collection schedule will be unaffected.

-The Dearborn Administrative Center (DAC) and 19th District Court will be closed Friday, Dec. 23 and Monday, Dec. 26.

-The Dearborn Ice Skating Center will be closed Saturday, Dec. 24, Sunday, Dec. 25 and Sunday, Jan. 1

-The Ford Community and Performing Arts Center will be closed Saturday, Dec. 24, and Sunday, Dec. 25.

-The DAC and 19th District Court will be closed Friday, Dec. 30 and Monday, Jan. 2.

-Libraries will be closed Friday, Dec. 30, Saturday, Dec. 31, Sunday, Jan.1. and Monday, Jan. 2.

WHAT'S OPEN

-The Dearborn Ice Skating Center will be open Saturday, Dec. 31, from 1 - 2:20 p.m. for public skating.

-The Dearborn Administrative Center will be open Saturday, Dec. 31, from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. and Sunday, Jan. 1, from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

-Since the holidays fall on weekend days this year, trash and recycling collection will not be delayed.
