Burglary Suspects Steal Mountain Bike from Home in Scio Township
The following information was supplied by the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.
On Nov. 20, at approximately 1:30 a.m., deputies with the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office responded to a burglary complaint near the 1000 block of Scio Ridge Drive. No information about the suspects or items removed from the property is available. The investigation is ongoing.
On Nov. 17, a deputy with the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to the 1800 block of Chickory Ridge in Scio Township for a home invasion investigation. According to police records, the homeowner reported that between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m., unknown suspect(s) entered the garage a stole a mountain bike valued at $350. The case is under investigation.
