Letter to the Editor: Third Annual Winter Festival Brings Joy to Dexter

The Dexter Area Chamber of Commerce's third annual Winter Festival was a hit. Thank you to all the businesses that participated and to all our wreath decorators. All our wreaths found homes for the holidays and we will have a nice donation for Faith in Action.
