Crews Clear Trees Off 23 Mile in Chesterfield Township
The 25-acre parcel is next to the former Michael Chevrolet dealership.

Crews clearing trees on 23 Mile have prompted motorists to wonder what is going to be built there.
The answer: Nothing, according to the land owner.
Rosseel's Farms Manager Tim Rosseel said there are no plans underway to build on the 25-acre property. The business, which has owned the parcel next to a former car dealership for about a year, just decided it was time to remove the trees, he said.Â

According to Chesterfield Township, there are no site plans submitted or permits pulled for building on the property. Although, building officials said they believed farming might eventually take place there, Rosseel said that isn't in the plans at this time.
