Halloween Parade, Trick-or-Treat Hours Scheduled for Community

• The is scheduled to start at 5 p.m. in front of on Washington Street, ending at the entrance, where treats will be handed out.
• Designated trick-or-treat hours, set by the city, are from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
