New Baltimore-Chesterfield Township Patch wants to hear from you about the township ordinance on kiddie pools.

Chesterfield Township officials say inflatable pools capable of containing more than 24 inches of water are without proper permits.

Under the ordinance, property owners violating the pool ordinance can face up to 90 days in jail or a $500 fine if they don't remove the pools or obtain permits after initial warnings.

New Baltimore-Chesterfield Patch wants to know what you think about the pool rules. Are they great for ensuring safety or far too excessive? Tell us in the comments section.
