Waterside Marketplace celebrated the addition of a party store in recent weeks.
Party City is open to shoppers seeking balloons, cards, party supplies, decorations and holiday merchandise. The chain store is next to Bath and Body Works in the shopping strip in the 23 Mile and Gratiot area.
