Construction Continues on Chesterfield Splash Park

The 16-fountain park is expected for completion in September.

Chesterfield Township's splash park is well underway.

Construction inside is taking place in anticipation of a . Crews were working this week amid mounds of dirt and machines.

Supervisor Michael Lovelock has dubbed the attraction the "" with 16-fountains expected. It will span 3,500 square feet, he said.

The splash park, which will be , is made possible by a donation from the Webber Family Foundation.
