When she turned her Lincoln Navigator into the side of a New Baltimore police car sitting at the light to turn left on Hooker, the drink spilled all over her. The police officer's car was pushed about 25 feet and he was jammed into the center counsel of his car, Trooper William Rowell said.

"He knew he was going to get hit because she wasn't paying attention," said Rowell, adding her head was completely down at the time of the crash.
