Regular agenda:

• A request for approval for a Debt Service and Tax Lien Agreement for a Water Front Benefit at a property on 25 Mile.
• AEW: Recommends the reconstruction of the Chesterfield Township Senior Center parking lot be awarded to certified low bidder, James P. Contracting, Inc. for $74,244.75.

Closed session:

• Consult with township attorney about a letter of understanding between the township and AFSCME Local #1917.42 for an Assessor Level IV, an Assistant Parks and Recreation Director and department head wage scale.
• Consult with township attorney about consent judgement with Hitz Baseball and Softball Training Center, LLC and G. Morelli and Sons Construction, Inc. vs the township and Chesterfield Planning Commission.
