Selfridge to Test Sirens Thursday

The 127th Wing at Selfridge Air National Guard Base will conduct a series of tests of emergency sirens at the facility Thursday as part of a tornado drill on the base.

These tests will take place throughout the day, and are part of on-going tests, drills and exercises "to maintain a high degree of readiness to respond to both military requirements and to be able to respond to natural disasters both on and off the base," according to a release.
