Northville Farmers' Market Opens This Week
The Northville Chamber of Commerce organizes the Farmers' Market.
Buying local is one way to help the environment and often saves money in the process.
The Northville Farmers' Market starts its 2013 season 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday at the Northville Downs parking lot, at the corner of Seven Mile and Sheldon roads.
The market will be open every Thursday from May 2 until October 31. There will be hundreds of Michigan-made and Michigan-grown products available. This includes plants, flowers, garden art, soaps, jewelry, furniture, woodworking and home accessories.
