Northville Township police arrested a South Lyon man May 21 on charges of possessing narcotic paraphernalia, according to a police report.
An officer ran the license plate of a white 2011 Ford LGT conventional truck in a police database and found that the registered driver had a criminal bench warrant from Meridian Township for a failure to appear for marijuana charges, the report said.
