The following arrest information was supplied by the Northville Township Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Northville Township police arrested a Novi woman around 1 a.m. May 26 on charges of driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, according to a police report.

An officer saw a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt stopped about a full car length in front of the stop line and directly under the traffic signal at the intersection of Northville and Seven Mile roads, the report said.

The officer stopped the driver and smelled intoxicants coming from the car, according to the report. The woman, who was with two male passengers, said she had nothing to drink, the report said. She took a preliminary breathalyzer test, which had a result of .120 percent blood alcohol content, according to the report. The legal limit is .08 percent.

She then said the three of them were at the Wagon Wheel bar and another bar in Plymouth in the evening, the report said.

The officer arrested her and confiscated and destroyed her driver's license, according to the report. She has a hearing June 12 at 35th District Court.
