Michigan Golf Show Comes to Novi This Weekend

A little bit of snow won't stop golfers from kicking off the Michigan golf season this weekend.

The Michigan Golf Show will be held at Suburban Collection Showplace, 46100 Grand River Avenue in Novi, from Friday through Sunday.

Hours are Friday 2-8 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Cost is $10 for adults. Children 12 and younger get in free. Parking is $5.

The show will have more than 400 exhibitors, which will include retail, resort and travel information, and deals on Michigan golf courses.

Hands-on activities include a closest to the pin contest, 100 feet of hitting nets, and long drive contests.

This year marks the 23rd anniversary of the largest consumer golf show in the nation. More than 34,000 people attended the show in 2012.
