Novi Business Spotlight: Final Destinations LLC

This week, we're featuring Final Destinations LLC, a small business owned by Boni Trush. She tells us more about her business below.

Q: When were you founded?  

2000   

Q: How did your business come to be?

After spending many years in upper management in the areas of purchasing, sales, leadership, marketing and strategic planning, I branched out and began working on a project basis for companies in need of hands on guidance for business planning in various operational aspects of their business.  I have consulted with over 200 clients across industries and am finishing my 12th year.   

Q: Why did you choose the Novi area?

I was born and raised in Novi and have lived here all of my life. I am also raising my family here, thus giving them the same wonderful experience I had. 

Q: What kind of goods or services do you offer?

I offer hands on coaching for business owners in medium and large companies who need specific assistance in key functional areas of their business the saving them the cost of hiring permanent employees.  Having come from executive leadership, I am able to provide global guidance and then help them employ specific resources to meet their business need.   

Q: What's your most popular product or service?

One on one coaching and writing operational business plans.

Q: What's a fact about your business that most customers probably don't know?

That I have coached in as many industries as I have. Also, that coaching is not just for those businesses who are struggling but also for those looking to expand, change and grow.   

Q: What do you want your business to be best known for?

Passion for what I do and a belief that every company can succeed with the right recipe.
