Novi Company's Rejji Hayes Joins '40 Under 40' Award Recipients

Crain's Detroit Business honors Rejji Hayes for successfully closing multi-million dollar deals.

Crain's Detroit Business announced the 2013 class of 40 under 40 honorees this month.

Among this year's recipients is Rejji Hayes, 38, vice president of finance and treasurer for ITC Holdings Corp. in Novi. According to Crain's, he has completed 30 deals with a total value of more than $21 billion since 2002. 

Hayes joined ITC Holdings last year and completed eight financing transactions worth close to $1.7 billion, Crain's reported. 

"It's been a very active time since I joined," he told Crain's.

Since 1991, Crain's Detroit Business has honored Metro Detroit's high achievers with its 40 under 40 awards. According to Crain's, the purpose of the award is to "honor the best and brightest in Southeast Michigan who have made their marks in business before age 40."
