Novi police arrested a man 3:06 a.m. May 11 on charges of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, according to a police report.
An officer saw a driver in a blue Buick Enclave near Grand River Avenue and Beck Road without the headlights on, the report said. The officer stopped the vehicle, which also had two passengers, and noticed the smell of intoxicants, according to the report.
