Updated: Rotary Park Sign Hit, Being Replaced

A 3x4 sign for Rotary Park reported as missing to the police is actually being replaced by the City of Novi after it was hit, according to Novi Director of Communications Sheryl Walsh.

A landscape architect for the City of Novi reported on Oct. 24 that the sign was missing, according to a police report. The sign was located on the east side of the park near the parking area.

Walsh said that Novi's Department of Public Services cut down the sign after it suffered damage from being hit and a new sign is being fabricated to replace it.
