Santa Arrives at Twelve Oaks Mall

The holiday season is officially here—Santa has arrived at Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi.

Santa's hours are as follows.

• Mondays-Saturdays through Dec. 7: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. with breaks from 12:30-1 p.m. and 5:30-6 p.m.
• Mondays-Saturdays Dec. 8-22: 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. with breaks from 12:30-1 p.m. and 5:30-6 p.m.
• Sundays Nov. 11 and 18: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. with a break from 1-1:30 p.m.
• Sundays Nov. 25, Dec. 2 and Dec. 9: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. with a break from 1-1:30 p.m.
• Sundays Dec. 16 and 23: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. with a break from 1-1:30 p.m.
• Black Friday: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. with breaks from 12:30-1 p.m. and 5:30-6 p.m.
• Christmas Eve: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a break from 12-12:30 p.m.
• Mall Closed: Thanksgiving and Christmas Day

Santa is located in the center of the mall in the Ice Age Ice Palace.

Visitors to the Ice Palace will be able to watch footage from the family movie Ice Age: Continental Drift, debuting on Blu-ray and DVD Dec. 11.

The Ice Age Ice Palace display features a 30-foot ice dome with falling snow, a light show and, new this year, the prehistoric herd from Ice Age: Continental Drift.

Interactive globes will showcase Scrat on his endless mission to catch his precious acorn, while the whole Ice Age herd is adrift on an iceberg in pirate waters.  Families can measure their prehistoric heights against Sid and Diego, go paw-to-paw with the herd, and track down Scrat’s missing acorns throughout the palace. 

Visitors to the palace will receive an Ice Age gift and the option to pre-order the film on Blu-ray and DVD.
