Who Spent What? City Council Candidates File Campaign Finance Reports
Novi candidates must file pre-election financial statements with the state.

The Nov. 5 election is nearly here and candidates' finance reports are in.Â
There are six candidates running for three Novi city council seats: Councilman Justin Fischer, Councilman Andrew I. Mutch, Alexander M. Fera, Gwen Markham, Jonathan Montville and Novi school board president Dennis O'Connor.Â
According to their finance statements, which were due Oct. 25, Gwen Markham raised the most at $6,545 followed by Justin Fischer at $5,075.Â
