More than 50 area Dairy Queen stores, including the Rochester location, will be participating Tuesday in the Dairy Queen Free Cone Day promotion to benefit the Children’s Hospital, the southeast Michigan affiliate of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
The downtown Rochester ice cream shop is open 11 a.m.-10 p.m.
Stores will accept cash donations throughout the day through a Children’s Miracle Network donation bucket with proceeds going to Children’s Miracle Network at Beaumont. More information is available at www.dqfreeconeday.com.
