McGregor School Plans 50th Reunion

The PTA of the Howard L.

is hosting an Ice Cream Social and 50^th Reunion on April 11 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The event is one in a series of special programs and activities the McGregor PTA has presented since September 2011 to mark the school’s 50^th anniversary. Former McGregor Elementary students, teachers, staff members and volunteers are invited to attend the reunion.  

“For as long as I have been at McGregor, it has felt like my second family,” said McGregor Principal Sharen Howard.

“That must be the case with many people who are affiliated with McGregor. We have had many calls expressing a desire to have a reunion in honor of the 50^th Anniversary. We are happy to be able to welcome the past McGregor family ‘home’ on April 11^th.”

As part of the celebration, the McGregor PTA is still in need of the following items:

• Copies of pictures & McGregor memorabilia items from the 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, and early 2000s.
• Favorite McGregor memories from former students, teachers and staff
