The Rochester Hills Museum and the Woman’s National Farm and Garden Association invite all ages to attend an Evening in the Garden this summer and enjoy the Museum’s Children’s Garden and to learn about gardening techniques.
On Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. enjoy the program "Using Native Plants in the Landscape" by Trish Hennig and her company American Roots. A brief program will be followed by refreshments with plenty of time to stroll through the Children’s Garden.

Guests can also enjoy the new Sun Dial Garden that uses people to cast a shadow to tell what time it is.
The garden is surrounded by plants that reflect time such as moonflower, daylily, morning glory, and sun drops.
