The Rochester Planning Commission elected a new set of officers this week.
- David Gassen, formerly the secretary of the council, was named chairman.
- Jon Kingsepp, formerly the chairman of the council, was named vice chair
- Doré McGowan, formerly the vice chair of the council, was named secretary.
