The regularly scheduled Rochester City Council meeting for the fourth Monday of November has been rescheduled to Tuesday, Nov. 29, because of Lagniappe and the kickoff of the Big, Bright Light Show, which is scheduled for Nov. 28.
The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m.
