The regular meeting of the Rochester Hills City Council planned for Monday has been cancelled.
In its place, members of the city council, along with members of other commissions and boards in the city, will take part in a parliamentary procedure training workshop.
The workshop will be held in the city council auditorium at 6 p.m. and is open to the public.
