Baby Drowns In Auburn Hills Retention Pond
Police are calling the baby's death a tragic accident.

AUBURN HILLS, MI — A 16-month-old baby girl from Auburn Hills drowned in a retention pond in what police say is a tragic accident.
Police were dispatched to the 300 block of N. Squirrel Rd. on Nov. 20. The victim’s family had pulled the baby out of the retention pond and attempted resuscitating her.
The baby was taken to St. Joseph Mercy hospital, where she was pronounced dead, according to CBS.

An investigation concluded there was no foul play involved in the baby's death.
