Witnesses told officers that after the crash, the woman grabbed her dog and ran away from the truck, officials said.

The woman was taken to a nearby hospital after complaining of possible injuries, though she denied driving the truck, officials said.
She was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving, but was later released from jail pending toxicology reports, officials said.
