The final Saturday of the year at the popular outdoor market will feature trick-or-treating from 10 a.m. until noon as well as the usual seasonal farm-fresh and homemade fare. Live music and kids'acitivites will also be a part of the fun. The market is nestled at the corner of East Third and Water streets and is surrounded by free parking.
