The Rochester Police Department will partner with the Drug Enforcement Administration to take back unwanted prescription drugs.
Citizens may bring medications for disposal to the Police Department on Saturday, Sept. 29th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The service is free and anonymous, no questions asked.
According to the police department, this is an excellent opportunity to prevent pill abuse and theft by ridding your home of potentially dangerous, expired, unused and unwanted prescription drugs.
