State Rep. Tom McMillin has announced he will be holding office hours from 4-5 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 16 in the City Council Chambers of Rochester City Hall, 400 Sixth Street.
The Rochester Hills Republican will be available to take comments and questions from residents.
