Rochester Hills to Name Council President, VP at Tonight's Meeting

The Rochester Hills City Council will appoint a president at vice president at tonight's council meeting.

The appointments are a yearly routine for the council, which appoints the president and vice president positions at the first meeting each December per the city charter.
