The City Walk shopping area in Rochester Hills offers some modern amenities and destination businesses including Urban Dog, Yogurtland and Bar Louie.

However, one spot at 1414 N. Rochester Road sits empty inside the plaza.

What type of businesses would you like to see in this spot? A small retail store? A dessert, food or cofee shop? A small bar?
