Just north of downtown Rochester along Rochester Road sits a cluster of commercial spaces that includes a Dollar Tree and the Golden Eagle eatery.

One spacious storefront, situated alongside the Golden Eagle at 1445 N. Rochester Road, sits vacant with a for-lease sign.
