New ISD 196 School Board Members Sworn In At Monday's Meeting

DAKOTA COUNTY, MN — The three school board members who were elected in November in ISD 196 were officially sworn in at Monday's school board meeting, the district shared on its Facebook page.

Sakawdin Mohamed and Bianca Virnig began their first terms as school board members and Art Coulson was sworn into his fourth term, the district said.

The district also shared photos of the members being sworn in.

The three board members will serve until 2026 when their terms end, the district said.

In the November election, 9,623 votes were cast for Virnig, 9,783 were cast for Mohamed and 9,211 were cast for Coulson.
