More than 150 student leaders and their advisors from 27 Minnesota schools, including Pilot Knob Elementary School participated in a nutrition and exercise program at the Mall of America Field in April. Students were encouraged to motivate their peers to get involved in the nutrition and exercise program, with help from Princess Kay of the Milky Way, Viktor the Vikings' mascot, Minnesota Viking Asher Allen, former Minnesota Viking Matt Blair and WCCO-TV sports reporter Mike Max.
