Troop 501 is starting a Cub Scout Pack at Salem Hills Elementary School. Recruitment night is Monday, September 17 from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. for boys in first through fifth grades. The youth of Inver Grove Heights have a unique opportunity to be part of a Seamless Scouting Unit. Seamless Scouting gives the elementary age Cub Scouts a direct look into the Boy Scout world as all of the boys meet at the same time in the same place. While the youth learn the values and skills of Scouting they also learn social interaction with youth of all ages. If you have a school age male from elementary through high school and you want him to learn outdoor, life, and several other skills not involving video controls or texting consider bringing him to Salem Hills Elementary School on September 17th.
