Bundt Cake Bakery Opens in Eden Prairie
Nothing Bundt Cakes will have grand opening celebrations Nov. 14-16.

A Bundt cake-only bakery new to Eden Prairie plans grand opening festivities next week, the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal reported.
Las Vegas-based Nothing Bundt Cakes makes cakes fresh daily using real eggs, real butter and real cream cheese. The company started in 1997 and now has 72 bakeries in 18 states.
The Eden Prairie location is already open at 8435 Joiner Way, and there was a ribbon cutting this week. The bakery is celebrating the opening Nov. 14 through Nov. 16. On Nov. 14, it will give 20 percent of its sales to People Reaching Out to Other People. On Nov. 16, the first people in line when the bakery opens at 9 a.m. will get a year’s worth of free single serve Bundt cakes—or “Bundtlets.”
